Submit a Ticket

This is intended for the faculty and staff of the College of Design, College of Education, Clark Honors College, the Ballmer Institute and the School of Journalism and Communication to submit their purchasing, contracting, catering, accounting, and HR/payroll needs to the CBSO for processing.

Submit a Ticket Request to the CBSO –

  • Identify your transaction or support type needed from the Forms Library
  • Click on the corresponding form
  • Using your University – @uoregon.edu – email, complete all of the required fields on the form and upload any supporting documents. 
  • Submit the request form to CBSO
  • We will reach out to you if any additional information is required!
  • Please note: if you have multiple requests for different retailers/contractors, events or employees – please email the details of your request to the correlating email listed below. We will enter the tickets for you! A bulk request form is in the works – coming soon!

Standard Operating Objectives –

  • Requests will be completed at the CBSO level within 20 business days. Due to complexity, some requests may take longer.
  • All requests will be worked on a first-in-first-out basis as much as possible. If you have an urgent matter or extenuating circumstances please email the applicable role account. See “About CBSO” for our contact list. 
  • Requests with no response to CBSO information requests or no activity in 30 business days will be canceled. A new ticket will need to be submitted when the request is ready to be processed. 
  • If you have any questions regarding the status of your submitted request, please work with your budget managers or email the applicable role account. See “About CBSO” for our contact list.
