Human Resources & Payroll Operations
The HR and Payroll team at CBSO collaborates closely with unit partners to provide assistance for employment and hiring requirements. Apart from processing actions, we also follow up with central services to verify changes made in Banner. Our services include developing and updating position descriptions, adjusting workloads, conducting equity reviews, coordinating searches, facilitating onboarding, and processing payroll actions. With a focus on supporting best practices and efficient operations, we engage in regular training and development to ensure CBSO provides consistency through centralized services.
