Submit a Ticket
If you’re a faculty or staff member of the College of Design, College of Education, Clark Honors College, the Ballmer Institute, or the School of Journalism and Communication, you can submit your purchasing, contracting, catering, accounting, and HR/payroll requests to the CBSO for processing.
📌 Submit a Ticket Request to the CBSO –
- Choose Your Request Type – Identify the type of support you need by visiting our Request Forms Library
- Fill Out the Form – Click on the appropriate form, and using your University @uoregon.edu email, complete all required fields and upload any necessary supporting documents.
- Submit Your Request – Once completed submit the form to the CBSO
- We’ll Follow Up – We’ll contact you if we need any additional information!
💡Tip: If you have multiple requests for different retailers, contractors, events, or employees, use the bulk upload spreadsheet available on the Smartsheet form. We’ll take care of entering the tickets for you!
📌 Standard Operating Objectives –
- Request Processing Time: Requests will generally be completed within 20 business days at the CBSO level. However, due to the complexity of some requests, processing may take longer.
- Request Priority: Requests are handled on a first-come, first served basis. If you have an urgent matter or special circumstances, please email the relevant role account. For contact details, refer to the About CBSO page.
- Inactive Requests: Requests with no response to CBSO’s information requests or no activity for 30 business days will be canceled. A new ticket will need to be submitted when the request is ready for processing.
- Request Status Updates: If you have any questions about the status of your request, please reach out to your budget manager or email the relevant role account. For contact details, refer to the About CBSO page.
