Ticket Portal
Welcome to the CBSO Ticket Portal, your centralized hub for submitting, tracking, and managing your ticket requests. This portal provides easy access to our Request Forms Library, tools to navigate Smartsheet, and a personalized View My Requests section so you can monitor the status of your tickets at a glance. Designed to simplify and streamline your requests, the CBSO Ticket Portal puts everything you need to manage your requests in one convenient location.
 Standard Operating Objectives –
- Request Processing Time:Â Requests will generally be completed within 20 business days at the CBSO level. However, due to the complexity of some requests, processing may take longer.
- Request Priority: Requests are handled on a first-come, first served basis. If you have an urgent matter or special circumstances, please email the relevant role account for your request – cbsobizops@uoregon.edu or cbsohr@uoregon.eduÂ
- Inactive Requests: Requests with no response to CBSO’s information requests or no activity for 30 business days will be canceled. A new ticket will need to be submitted when the request is ready for processing.
- Request Status Updates: If you have any questions about the status of your request, please reach out to your budget manager or email cbso@uoregon.edu for assistance.
