The HR and Payroll team at CBSO works closely with unit partners to assist with employment and hiring needs. In addition to processing actions, we follow up with central services to verify any changes made in Banner. Our services include developing and updating position descriptions, adjusting workloads, conducting equity reviews, coordinating recruitment searches, facilitating onboarding, and processing payroll actions. Committed to supporting best practices and efficient operations, we participate in regular training and development to ensure CBSO maintains consistency through centralized services.

New Hire - Student & GEThis form is the first step in hiring new Student Employees and Graduate Employees (GEs). It collects the key details needed to begin setting up payroll, creating employment records, and launching the necessary administrative processes to get your new hire ready to work.
New Hire - Protem FacultyThis form is used to initiate the hiring process for new Protem Faculty members. It collects the essential information required to begin the administrative steps for their employment.
Courtesy Appointment or Campus Associate RequestThis form initiates the hiring process for new unpaid Courtesy or Campus Associate appointments. It gathers essential information needed to begin the administrative steps for their employment.
